Onyx by Jennifer L. Armentrout

ONYX!!!!!! I have been waiting for this book to come out for sooooooo long! The first post I ever posted on this blog was Obsidian, the first book in this series. This is the second book, and this was relatively good.
Although this book was not as mind blowing like the first book, a lot of stuff happened.
We continue where we left off, with Katy and Daemon. This is a couple I seriesly love, almost more so than Damon and Elena.
This book has a lot of surprises and betrayals that were not expected at all. I can't tell you guys anything that happens in this book otherwise it would completely ruin the first book. 
I can tell you that it is a really great book, and it leaves a lot open for the next book, Opal.
I loved the characters and the developments even though there was a lot of repetition in some things said from Daemon to Katy.

 I would rate this Four out of Five stars.

Hey everyone I hope you are all having a good Monday. This week I was lucky enough to be sent a copy of this book to read. It's about the size of an average book, just about 400 pages online but it is by no means a quick read. Like Game of Thrones or Lord of the Rings there is a lot of the lore and different species to learn about. Along with that there is also the add on of other worlds with even more people. Hey everyone, I'm posting a little late today because... well, I don't actually have an excuse. I was eating McDonalds and then found a funny video online and well... I'm doing it now do there is no reason to go on. A couple weeks ago I received this book to read from the very generous author. It is a Historical Fiction set in World War One from the point of view of a nurse working near the front lines. I love stories from War because they are part of our history and I think it's important to know more about it. This book was also great for me because we had just gotten to the part about World War One in my European History class (both of the ones I am taking). Hello everyone I hope you are having a great day. I'm sorry this is coming at you later in the day than usual but I only just finished reading the book a couple minutes ago. It has taken me a while to read the book as a lot of books have lately but it isn't because I didn't like the book it is just because I have been so busy with school.
